Valley Vista Properties has been providing real estate brokerage services to buyers, sellers, and investors of real property since its inception in 2004. Its principals have a combined 90+ years of experience transacting real estate. This experience includes residential and commercial, sales and leasing, and financing and investments.

David has been a licensed real estate broker since 1977 and pioneered the concept of equity sharing in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1980’s when interest rates peaked at 16%. Andy has 26 years in real estate, the last 11 years as a licensed real estate attorney practicing civil litigation, primarily business and real estate. Andy has also originated mortgages – for years Valley Vista provided financing to clients internally, as a wholesale and correspondent broker for major banks and financial institutions. Karin has a 30-year background in marketing, which she brings to each and every one of her listings.

Valley Vista Properties highly values industry education and training. David and Andy have earned their GRI designations. Karin is an IREM Accredited Residential Manager. Andy has earned his Tax Credit Specialist certificate from the National Center for Housing Management, enabling Valley Vista to manage multi-family LIHTC properties.

Valley Vista Properties walks the walk. Its principals are themselves lifelong investors in real estate, including multiple long-term condos, SFRs, and multi-family properties and vacation rentals. They also have years experience with new construction, ADUs, and extensive renovation projects.
